Gracie has made real estate her career since 1979. Her passion is as vibrant today as it was over 38 years ago. She loves connecting with people, is enthusiastic, easy to work with and is the consummate problem solver. Gracie’s sincere devotion is evident with each and every client. Over the year’s Gracie’s commitment has been to be the best in her field…She is a Real Estate Broker who continually seeks to keep abreast of the changing real estate market. Gracie has earned the following Professional designations, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) a prestigious designation held by fewer than 3% of Realtor’s Nationwide. Early in her career, she earned the Graduate of Realtor’s Institute (GRI) designation. Most recently she has earned the newest designation created by the National Association of Realtor’s as a Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist (SFR). In 2010 Gracie obtained the Senior’s Real Estate Specialist designation (SRES). By broadening her education she knows she can better serve the needs of her clients. On April 28, 2010 Gracie became a Certified HAFA Specialist, a “Making Home Affordable” Initiative. With this training, Gracie is able to provide the latest information to distressed homeowner’s who need to know their options. Home retention is the primary objective with this new program, if borrower’s don’t qualify for home retention, they will then be considered for the Short Sale program (HAFA).
Greg has been in real estate since 2004. His Grandfather, Erwin Hammer was a real estate attorney in Illinois, so now Greg carries that tradition forward. Greg’s personal commitment is to be honest and loyal to his client’s needs. Greg has a strong work ethic, is committed to staying abreast of cutting edge technology to offer the service his client’s have come to expect and appreciate. In 2010 Greg obtained the Senior’s Real Estate Specialist Designation (SRES) s well as the Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist designation (SFR). Greg’s next educational goal is to obtain his Broker’s license.
In addition to their career and family, Gracie and Greg enjoy traveling, real estate investments, remodeling projects, as well as supporting local and nationwide charities.
