Why Choose Nilson Realty

Since 1979 Gracie’s goal was to obtain the highest and best education as a Realtor. Her commitment to keep abreast of the ever changing Real Estate market is evidenced by her earned designations, which to Gracie are not just a title, but affords Nilson Realty and their associates the experience, knowledge and expertise to maintain Solid & Successful transactions.

Below are Designations earned by Nilson Realty and their associates:

Gracie Nilson

Broker- Gracie obtained her Broker’s License to be the Best in her field, while offering her clients the peace of mind in knowing they are working with a Real Estate Broker.
It was never been Gracie’s dream to open a brokerage, because her love has always been working with clients not managing an office. However, due to the economy and real estate offices closing doors… Gracie decided to open her own Brokerage Nilson Realty in 2007. Nilson Realty has become a very successful Independently owned Real Estate office with over $20,000,000 plus in yearly sales volume. Gracie still works with her clients, while managing Nilson Realty.

Gracie’s Designations

GRI Designation
Value of a GRI Designation
The Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation.
Buying property is a complex and stressful task. In fact, it’s often the biggest single investment you will make in your lifetime. At the same time, real estate transactions have become increasingly complicated.
New technology, laws, procedures and the increasing sophistication of buyers and sellers requires real estate practitioners to perform at an ever-increasing level of professionalism.
GRI designees:
Have pursued a course of study that represents the minimum common body of knowledge for progressive real estate professionals.
Have developed a solid foundation of knowledge and skills to navigate the current real estate climate—no matter what its condition.
Are recognized nationally.
Act with professionalism and are committed to serving their clients and customers with the highest ethical standards.

CRS Designation
Why Work with a CRS?
A CRS REALTOR® is a Certified Residential Specialist—one of the top 3 percent of real estate agents in the U.S. CRS agents have more experience and training than the average REALTOR® and they are part of a community of REALTORS® dedicated to improving the real estate industry for homebuyers and sellers everywhere.
Why Work With a Certified Residential Specialist Agent?
Buying or selling your home is one of the biggest and most important decisions you’ll make in your lifetime. You need someone you can trust by your side, who is looking out for your best interests and is willing to put all their knowledge and experience to work for you. You need a CRS.
Not all real estate agents are made the same: There are millions of real estate agents out there, and their experience and dedication to their profession and clients varies widely.
The threshold to becoming a real estate agent is surprisingly low. Requirements vary by state, but some ask for as little as 40 hours of training and few ask for more than 100 hours—compare that to the 1,000 hours that are typically required to become a hair stylist.
To become a CRS, however, REALTORS® must meet a number of stringent requirements that combine advanced hours of education and training, experience and success in the marketplace. A CRS agent adheres to a strict code of ethics that binds them to perform in the best interest of their clients at all times.
CRSs are required to have between 25 and 150 transactions and between 16 and 80 additional hours of education beyond what’s required of the typical REALTOR®.
These are agents who are invested in their careers, in buying and selling real estate and in making sure their clients are satisfied.
CRS is the sign of a true real estate professional.
